Yes. The Free plan has 1 chatbot, 100 visitor messages a month and 5 MB of documents. You don't need a card to start.
How do the plans differ?
Every plan has the same grounded answers, releases and analytics. Plans differ in how much they hold: chatbots, visitor messages a month, document storage and seats. Paid plans use premium models, and the larger plans let you show your own logo and remove “Powered by”.
When can I get Pro or Business?
Pro and Business are coming soon, and the price isn't final. Send us a message from the contact form and we'll tell you when they open.
How large can a document be?
Up to 25 MB each, within your plan's document storage: 5 MB on Free, 50 MB on Starter, 500 MB on Pro and 5 GB on Business.
Can my team work on it together?
Yes. Paid plans include seats for teammates. Admins manage settings and leads, and everyone can improve the knowledge.
